"I found the site absolutely loaded with information. I really liked the fact the support letters were on there to re read them. Once you no longer get them you forget the original messages of support. I found it reasonably easy to navigate my way around and decided if I wasn't sure initially it would take only a little extra effort on my part to understand the how.

"I am very impressed with it. It is easy to navigate, well designed and contains a wide variety of info. I particularly like the audio info that can be downloaded onto an mp3 player - very useful for me. I also like being able to view headphones etc. online.- the shop is great.
"Alan's blog is easy to access - I like the fact that you give a taste of the content and the reader can access the full article as they wish. I like the interesting links - I haven't had a chance to look at them all yet, but the ones I have looked at are interesting - and I would definately be tempted to purchase relevant ones.
